Employed or Deployed!

The year 2009 ending on a happy note for me as I had a job in hand and that too in the most ethical and well-known company of India - Infosys. It is not a great achievement as Infy (short for Infosys) takes candidates in a very large number. As many as 180 candidates were selected from my own college - UIET, Panjab University. Campus placements were hit by a drought due to recession in the industry when employees who were on rolls were shown pink slips and attrition was nowhere to be seen as everyone was looking to save his/her job. But we were saved as we got an offer from Infy and can start our career from this prestigious organization. I hope my work exposure and work ethics in Youth United will help me in growing in the company by leaps and bounds. I will try to put all my skills and expertise to the maximum and cover good ground, first in the training period and then in the industry.
